Cockpit interior and instrument panel are meticously
masked prior to removing cracked windshield.

The windshield is machine-cut from perimeter.
Old plexiglass is then debonded from the flange.

Flange and new windshield are closely matched prior to bonding. Bonded windshield is faired, painted white on the outside
and black anti-glare line on the inside.
